66. That the landscaping at the intersections of-the Chabot <br /> Canal and Gibraltar Drive, Stoneridge Drive, Inglewood <br /> Drive and West Las Positas Boulevard and the intersections <br /> of Tassajara Creek and Stoneridge Drive and West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard shall be installed by the developer at the time <br /> of street improvements. That the landscaping of all in <br /> tract intersections, as described in the development plan, <br /> shall be installed by the developer at the time of con- <br /> struction of street improvements. <br /> <br /> 67. That the parking standards described in the Design Guide- <br /> lines and the CC&Rs for the Hacienda Business Park shall <br /> be used as a guide for the provision of parking facilities <br /> on the subject property, but that final approval shall be <br /> granted as part of design review consideration by the <br /> City. <br /> <br /> 68. That all applicable requirements of California State <br /> Department of Fish and Game be met. <br /> <br /> 69. That the public streets within this development be <br /> constructed generally as shown in the Hacienda Business <br /> Park "Development Plan." <br /> <br />70~ That the developer shall: complete the construction of <br /> Hopyard Road to six lanes from 1-580 to Valley Avenue; <br /> complete the construction of West Las Positas Boulevard <br /> to six lanes from the Southern Pacific Transportation <br /> Company tracks to Santa Rita Road; widen Santa Rit~ Road <br /> to at least four lanes (on an interim basis) from West <br /> Las Positas Boulevard to 1-580; install traffic signals <br /> at the intersections of Hopyard/Inglewood, Hopyard/Gibraltar <br /> and Hopyard/Valley Trails Drive (North) - Authur Drive, <br /> modify the traffic signals at the intersections of Hopyard/ <br /> Valley, Hopyard/Valley Trails Drive (South) - Parkside <br /> Drive, Hopyard/West Las Positas, Hopyard/Stoneridge, <br /> Hopyard/Johnson, Santa Rita/Pimlico, and Santa Rita/West <br /> Las Positas. All of the above shall be done per approved <br /> improvement plans. All of the above improvements may be <br /> considered for acquisition by a subsequently formed <br /> assessment district(s) with costs to be assessed to _all <br /> benefitting properties within the district(s). <br /> <br />71. The developer, with costs to be assessed to all benefitting <br /> properties within the assessment district(s), shall acquire <br /> the rights-of-way needed to construct the improvements <br /> listed above.
