EXHIBIT A <br /> Recycled Water Feasibility Study Scope of Work <br /> EXHIBIT B <br /> Data Provided by the City to the Consultant <br /> Utility Billing Data <br /> Water consumption data is available through the City's billing software, Utility Management <br /> Solution (UMS) from Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. (CUSI). Export data is available in PDF <br /> (.pdf), Excel (.xls), Word (.doc) and Crystal Report (.rtp) format. <br /> GIS Based Maps <br /> Water collection and storage system data will be available to the successful consultant in <br /> ESRIrs shapefile (.shp) format. GIS data layers have been created from extensive and <br /> detailed review by the City personnel, input of utility improvement maps, and field inspection of <br /> certain facilities. The GIS data is in the California State Plane Coordinate III system (NAD83 <br /> NAVD88), vertical elevations for utilities are in NAVD29). Information provided about the <br /> components in the City's utility GIS layers consist of valves, hydrants (including laterals), <br /> reducers, taps, crosses, elbows, joints, tees, water mains (length, diameter, material, age, etc.), <br /> and Zone 7 transmission mains and turnouts. <br /> SCADA system <br /> The City's water system is operated by means of Supervisory Control and Data Acqusition <br /> (SCADA) system. The operating software is WonderWare by Invensys Systems, Inc. Water <br /> operations is capable of collecting data for tank levels, pump rates, and system pressures at all <br /> of the city facilities. <br /> Archive Drawings <br /> Drawings for the majority of all other City water facilities (pump stations, wells, and turnouts) will <br /> be available for the successful consultant's reference. <br /> Page 6 of 6 <br />
