cl'rY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.__ , <br /> <br />F~ESOLUTION VACATING A t:'0RTION OF THI~ STREET <br /> <br /> ~[H~EAS, on June 20, 1960, this Council passed its ordinanc <br />No. 311 declaring its intentions to proceed under Part 3~ <br />Division 9, being Section 8320 of the Streets and Highways Code, <br />State of California, entitled Street Vacation Act of 1941, to <br />vacate a portion of Third Street, between Angela and Neal Streets <br />located in the City of Pleasanton, which is lawfully, officially <br />and commonly known as hereinafter set forth; and <br /> <br /> ~P~EAS said ordinance of intention fixed a time and place <br />for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the pro- <br />posed vacation, to wit: 7:30 p.m., Monday, July 11, 1960, in the <br />Council Chambers, City Hall, Pleasanton, California, said t~me <br />and place being not less than fifteen days from the date of <br />adoption of ordinance No. 311; and <br /> <br /> V~EAS said ordinance was published in the mamuer pre- <br />scribed by law for the publication of ordinances in the City or <br />Pl easanton, to wit: once on gu~e 22, 1960 in The Pl easanton <br />Times, a newspaper published within the City of ~leasanton; and <br /> <br /> ¥¢H~EAS, on Ju~e 24, 1960, notices of said street Yaca- <br />Sion were posted conspicuously along the street proposed to be <br />vacated, not more than three hundred feet apart, said notices <br />stating the passage of the ordinance No. 3ll, the intent to <br />vacate a portion of said street, and giving the time and place <br />of the above described hearing; and <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
