Building <br /> 43.The project developer shall submit a pad elevation certification prepared by a <br /> licensed land surveyor or registered civil engineer to the Chief Building Official and <br /> Director of Community Development, certifying that the pad elevation and building <br /> location (setbacks) are pursuant to the approved plans, prior to receiving a <br /> foundation inspection for the structure. <br /> 44.AII parking spaces shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided unless the spaces <br /> are fronted by raised concrete curb, in which case sufficient areas shall be provided <br /> beyond the ends of all parking spaces to accommodate the overhang of <br /> automobiles. <br /> 45.A sanitary sewer sampling manhole shall be provided on any new sanitary sewer <br /> lateral from the building, unless otherwise waived by the Chief Building Official. <br /> 46.Prior to issuance of a building permit, the project developer shall pay the applicable <br /> Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, <br /> including irrigation meters. Additionally, the project developer shall pay any <br /> applicable DSRSD sewer permit fee. <br /> Green Building <br /> 47.The subject building shall achieve at least a LEEDTM"Certified" level on the LEED <br /> Green Building Checklist at the time of building permit submittal. The applicant will <br /> work with staff to achieve additional LEED points as feasible. A final list of the green <br /> building measures shall be submitted in conjunction with the plans submitted for <br /> issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the review and approved by the <br /> Director of Community Development prior to issuance of building permits for the <br /> project. <br /> 48.The proposed LEEDTM Green Building Checklist shall be shown on one of the first <br /> two pages of the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit. The sheet <br /> number(s) where each checklist item is addressed in the plan set shall be noted on <br /> the checklist . All proposed green building measures shall be shown throughout the <br /> plan set, as appropriate, as determined by the Director of Community Development <br /> and the Chief Building Official. <br /> 49.The Building and Safety Division may require special plan check or inspections for <br /> the green building measures proposed. If required, the applicant shall provide <br /> verification to the Planning Division clearly stating that the Building and Safety <br /> Division approved all applicable requirements relating to green building measures. <br /> Said verification shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br /> Page 7 of 21 <br />
