All ground floor units (within 5 feet of grade) shall have entries onto street, <br />internal street, paseo(walk), or open space. (including corridor <br /> <br />Design Guidelines <br />D1.a. Entries should be the predominant feature of front facades, and <br />scale that is in proportion to the size of the building and numb <br />being accessed. Larger buildings should have a prominent, centr <br />building entrance. <br />D1.b. Building fronts should include porches, unit entries, and archit <br />detailing. <br />D1.c. Windows should emphasize vertical massing of buildings. <br />D2.c. Windows should have a hierarchy of sizes emphasizing the functio <br />living spaces and views while allowing for privacy of neighboring properties. <br />D2.d. Windows should be well detailed and consistent with the architec <br />of the building. <br />D2.e. <br />defined by well-designed trims.
