36. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />Specific items to be indi~ated on the sil~e development <br />plan are: <br /> <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br /> <br />Type of pipes to be used (storm,. sewer, water); <br />Lengths of pipes in linear feet (storm, sewer, water); <br />Slopes of pipes (storm and sewer); <br />Invert and rim elevations at each inlet or junction <br />structure (storm and sewer); <br />Horizontal control necessary to set relationships <br />between buildings, parkingt curb and gutter, and <br />utilities (storm, sewer and water); <br />Show top of pipe and bottom of pipe elevations where <br />any pipes cross under or over one another. <br /> <br />Landscape areas, parking stalls, driveways aisles, buildings, <br />curbs and gutters shall have horizontal control dimensioning <br />indicated on site development plan. <br /> <br />That the site development plan include plan and profile <br />design for all on-site public systems. <br /> <br />That the paving sections for the parking and drive <br />areas be designed on the basis of an R.-Value test and <br />a Traffic Index to carry the anticipated traffic load. <br />This design shall be subject to the approval of the <br />City Engineer.. The minimum paving section shall be <br />2;° A.C. on 6" A.B. The minimum A.C. pavement slope <br />shall be 1%. <br /> <br />That the developer's contractor obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City prior to the beginning of con- <br />struction. <br /> <br />That the developer pay any and all fees that the <br />property may be s~ject to, <br /> <br />That the haul route for all materials to and from this <br />development be approved by the City Engineer' prior '~o ~zhe. <br />start of any construction. <br /> <br />Th?~t ~he developer submit, a refundable cash bond for <br />hazard control prior to issuance.of a building permit. <br />The amount of this bond will be determined by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
