review and comments. The Administrative Draft Report will be suitable for use by an environmental
consultant as an EIR section as well as a technical appendix of the EIR, and include an executive
summary and conclusions. In general, the report will be consistent with the TIA Report Outline as
published in Appendix B of the City's Traffic Impact Analysis Guidelines, including an Executive Summary,
detailed project description, methodologies used, analysis results for each scenario, identification of
significant transportation impacts (if any), and recommended mitigation measures. Also, appropriate
technical appendices with Synchro analysis calculations and traffic model data will be included.
W-Trans will respond to one set of unified non-contradictory comments on the Administrative Draft EIR
Traffic Impact Analysis Report and prepare a Draft EIR Final Report.
12. Response to Public Comments for FEIR
W-Trans will prepare responses to public comments received on the Draft EIR. The number and nature
of the comments is not yet known, and as such the budget estimate may need to be revised once the
level of effort required is determined. The responses will be prepared in a memo for review by City staff
and the environmental consultant.
13. Public Hearings/Meetings/Project Coordination
W-Trans staff will attend up to six (6) formal meetings related specifically to this project. These include
meetings with the project team, meetings with City staff, any requested public meetings, Planning
Commission hearings and/or City Council hearings.
14.
