4) Garage Liability: includes premises and operations. Coverage for bodily injury and property damage with combined, single limit of not less than$1,000,000. 5) Garage Keeper's Liability: shall be the same minimum as on-hook coverage for vehicles in the care, custody, and control of the Operator in the storage yard. B. An Operator shall provide proof of insurance to the PPD for all insurance as required in the TSA and for the storage facilities listed on the Rotation Tow program application. C. Operator shall file a certificate of insurance with the PPD prior to the City's execution of this Agreement, and prior to engaging in any operation or activity set forth in this Agreement. The Certificate of Insurance shall provide in writing that the insurance afforded by this Certificate shall not be suspended,voided, canceled, reduced in coverage or in limits without providing 30 calendar days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to the City. In addition, the insured shall provide 30 calendar days prior written notice to the City of any suspension, cancellation, reduction of coverage or in limits, or voiding of the insurance coverage required by this agreement. The City reserves the right to require complete certified copies of policies. D. Failure of the Operator to maintain the minimum insurance requirements set forth in the TSA shall immediately nullify the TSA, remove the Operator from the rotation tow list, and shall disqualify the Operator from participation on the PPD tow rotation list for a period of not less than one year. 17. ANNUAL MEETING A. The Special Operations Commander shall conduct, at a minimum, one annual meeting with Operators to discuss the tow rotation program. 1) The PPD shall give Operators a 30 calendar day written notice of the meeting. 2) The meeting shall be mandatory for Operators. An Operator's failure to attend a meeting shall result in disciplinary action. 18. DEMEANOR AND CONDUCT A. While involved in PPD rotation tow operations, the Operator shall refrain from any acts of misconduct including, but not limited to, any of the following: 1) Rude or discourteous behavior. 2) Lack of service, selective service or refusal to provide service which the Operator is and/or should be capable of performing. 3) Any act or sexual harassment or sexual impropriety. 2011-2013 TSA Page 23 of 30
