4) Garage Liability: includes premises and operations. Coverage for bodily injury and <br /> property damage with combined, single limit of not less than$1,000,000. <br /> 5) Garage Keeper's Liability: shall be the same minimum as on-hook coverage for <br /> vehicles in the care, custody, and control of the Operator in the storage yard. <br /> B. An Operator shall provide proof of insurance to the PPD for all insurance as required in <br /> the TSA and for the storage facilities listed on the Rotation Tow program application. <br /> C. Operator shall file a certificate of insurance with the PPD prior to the City's execution of <br /> this Agreement, and prior to engaging in any operation or activity set forth in this <br /> Agreement. The Certificate of Insurance shall provide in writing that the insurance <br /> afforded by this Certificate shall not be suspended,voided, canceled, reduced in <br /> coverage or in limits without providing 30 calendar days prior written notice by certified <br /> mail, return receipt requested, has been given to the City. In addition, the insured shall <br /> provide 30 calendar days prior written notice to the City of any suspension, cancellation, <br /> reduction of coverage or in limits, or voiding of the insurance coverage required by this <br /> agreement. The City reserves the right to require complete certified copies of policies. <br /> D. Failure of the Operator to maintain the minimum insurance requirements set forth in <br /> the TSA shall immediately nullify the TSA, remove the Operator from the rotation tow <br /> list, and shall disqualify the Operator from participation on the PPD tow rotation list for <br /> a period of not less than one year. <br /> 17. ANNUAL MEETING <br /> A. The Special Operations Commander shall conduct, at a minimum, one annual meeting <br /> with Operators to discuss the tow rotation program. <br /> 1) The PPD shall give Operators a 30 calendar day written notice of the meeting. <br /> 2) The meeting shall be mandatory for Operators. An Operator's failure to attend a <br /> meeting shall result in disciplinary action. <br /> 18. DEMEANOR AND CONDUCT <br /> A. While involved in PPD rotation tow operations, the Operator shall refrain from any acts <br /> of misconduct including, but not limited to, any of the following: <br /> 1) Rude or discourteous behavior. <br /> 2) Lack of service, selective service or refusal to provide service which the Operator is <br /> and/or should be capable of performing. <br /> 3) Any act or sexual harassment or sexual impropriety. <br /> 2011-2013 TSA Page 23 of 30 <br />
