DISCUSSION <br /> The Dolores Bengtson Aquatic Center Renovation Project includes separating and <br /> replacing the filtration and circulation systems of the existing diving, racing, and shallow <br /> pools; removal and replacement of the pool mechanical building; removal and <br /> replacement of the pool decks and drainage; storm water treatment for the renovated <br /> site; and preparation of landscape and irrigation plans for areas adjacent to the pools <br /> and site lighting improvements. The mechanical building will also include chemistry <br /> automation, energy conservation and system integration enhancements. <br /> Preliminary project costs are estimated at approximately $3.67 million.
