ATTACHMENT I <br /> lerea AQUATIC PROPOSAL FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br /> 747[0101r:al DESIGN GROUP 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> 1.1 AQUATIC DESIGN GROUP, INC. of Carlsbad, California(hereinafter referred <br /> to as "CONSULTANT"), proposes to provide consulting design services to <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, (hereinafter referred to as "CLIENT")for the <br /> following project: <br /> Pleasanton Aquatic Center Renovation <br /> Pleasanton, California <br /> 1.2 In conformance with the Request for Revised Proposal dated 22 April 2011 as <br /> issued by Mr.Jim Gotcher, CONSULTANT shall provide: <br /> 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 2.1 CONSULTANT shall provide design and engineering services as hereinafter <br /> described for the following swimming pools: <br /> 2.1.1 Renovation of existing 40' x 60' Diving Pool and mechanical equipment <br /> 2.1.2 Renovation of existing 60' x 82' Racing Pool and mechanical equipment <br /> 2.1.3 Renovation of existing 60' x 75' Shallow Pool and mechanical equipment <br /> 2.1.4 Removal and replacement of existing pool mechanical building to <br /> support items 2.1.1-2.1.3 above <br /> 2.1.5 Removal and replacement of pool deck and deck drainage and <br /> appurtenances <br /> 2.1.6 Storm water treatment for the renovated site <br /> 2.1.7 Preparation of landscape and irrigation plans for areas directly adjacent <br /> to the pools and pool decking. <br /> 3.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />
