Section 2: Section 2-3.12 of Article 6 (Final Map), Chapter 1 (Subdivisions), of Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is amended to read as follows: "§2-3.12 Filing. Prior to the expiration of approval or conditional approval of the tentative map, the subdivider may cause part or all of the subdivision to be surveyed and a final map prepared by a registered civil engineer or licensed surveyor, conforming to the approved tentative map. Four (4) blue line or black line prints of the final map and such other copies as may be required for checking and approval shall be submitted to the City Clerk together with a checking fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) plus Two Dollars ($2.00) per lot shown on the final map." Section 3: Section 2-3.13 (Time Extension) of Article 6 (Final Map), Chapter 1 (Subdivisions), of Title II (Zoning and Development) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby deleted. Section 4: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 5: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
