Resolution No. 03-064 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />The Economic Vitality Committee shall have one representative from each of the <br />following groups. The members shall serve without compensation. Members shall be <br />reimbursed for appropriate expenses incurred when attending conferences if budgeted <br />and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Chamber of Commerce - An individual recommended by the Chamber's <br />Executive Board. <br /> <br />Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Finn - A representative from a real estate <br />business specializing in commercial sales with an office located in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Retail Business/Center - A representative from a retail store or center in <br />Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Downtown Business - A representative from a business located in the city's <br />downtown district and recommended by the Pleasanton Downtown Association. <br /> <br />Residential Builder - A representative from a residential builder or developer <br />which has an office located in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Financial Institution - A representative from a bank or savings and loan company <br />located in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />7. Citizen at Large - A resident from Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Tri-Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau - A representative recommended by <br />the Board of the Tri-Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau. <br /> <br />Education Community - A member recommended by the Pleasanton School <br />Board. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Environmental Community - A representative from a non-profit group devoted to <br />environmental issues, which group has an office or a chapter in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />11. City Council - A representative from the Pleasanton City Council. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Software - A representative from a company or business whose primary function <br />is software development, service or training, and which has an office or <br />production plant in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Telecommunications - A representative from a company or business whose <br />primary function is communication services, research and development, or <br />support and which has an office located in Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
