EXIt!BIT "A" <br /> <br /> 1. That the development be sn~3stantially as shown on the <br /> development plan Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br /> Division. <br /> <br /> 2. That all fencing, including good neighbor fencing, shall <br /> be provided by the developer and that a detailed fencing <br /> plan shall be submitted to the staff for approval prior <br /> to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> 3. That colors for all structures be submitted to the '- <br /> Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of <br /> building permits. <br /> <br /> 4. That a final landscape plan be submitted to 'the <br /> Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of <br /> building permits. <br /> <br /> 5. That except as modified by the development plan, all <br /> site development standards shall be those of the R-1-6500 <br /> District. <br /> <br />· 6. That the development shall meet all the requirements of <br /> the City Fire Code. <br /> <br /> 7. That the street number of all units shall be posted so <br /> as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br /> and night. <br /> <br /> 8. That if signing for the development is desired, a compre- <br /> hensive signing program be submitted to the City for <br /> consideration under separate application. <br /> <br /> 9. That all utilities required to serve the development <br /> be installed underground. <br /> <br /> 10. That any damage to street improvements now existing <br /> or done during construction on the subject property <br /> be repaired at full expense to the developer. <br /> <br /> 11. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from the <br /> start of construction to final inspection and that the <br /> Fire Department emergency number be provided adjacent to <br /> all telephones on the site. <br /> <br /> 12. That all ~velling units in the development be con'structed <br /> to meet the latest P.G.&E. Energy Conservation Home <br /> Standards. <br /> <br /> <br />
