7. The City normally requires an annexation fee in the <br />amount of $200.00 per acre to be paid by land annexing to the <br />City. This fee is intended to provide a share of the cost of <br />facilities, buildings, utilities and equipment purchased and owned <br />by the City and available for use by the property upon annexation. <br />This fee may be modified where a substantial public improvement <br />is offered to the City by a property owner or owners requesting <br />annexation. <br /> <br /> 8. The City will consider any request for specific zoning <br />and land use of property prior to annexation, if the owner or <br />owners so desire. <br /> <br /> 9. The City will enter into an agreement with any owner <br />or owners requesting annexation.
