CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 3396 <br />EEBOLUTIDN NO. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the Regional Water Pollution Control Board, <br />Region No. 2, of the State of California adopted Resolution <br />No. 446 dated February 21, 1963~ setting forth additional <br />requirements of waste discharge into tributaries of Alameda <br />Creek; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS~ as said Resolution No. 446 requires the City of <br />?leasanton to file a written re orr and its resolution a rovin <br /> .. P . PP g <br />saza report concerning the city's ability and willingness to <br />comply with said Resolution No. 446; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council does hereby approve in principal and <br />adopt the recommendations contained in City Administrator <br />Report No. 18 dated May 17= 1963 concerning ABS (alkyl benzene <br />sulfonate) limits in waste discharges. <br /> <br /> 2. The City staff is instructed to discuss with the City <br />and County of San Francisco increased acreage for disposal of <br />waste water through irrigation. <br /> <br /> 3. A copy of said Administrator's Report No. <br />May 17~ 1963 is attached hereto and incorporated <br />resolution. <br /> <br />18 dated <br />in this <br /> <br /> 4.
