d. A diagram showing the assessment district and the <br /> boundaries and dimensions of the subdivisions of <br /> land within the district as they existed at the <br /> time of the passage of the Resolution of Intention. <br /> Each subdivision shall be given a separate number~ <br /> upon the diagram; <br /> <br /> e. A proposed assessment of the total amount of the <br /> cost and expenses of the proposed improvement upon <br /> the several subdivisions of land in the district in <br /> proportion to the estimated benefits to be received <br /> by each subdivision, respectively, from the improve- <br /> ment. <br /> <br /> B~ qT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intention of the <br /> <br />City Council of the City of Pleasanton to enter into an agreement <br />with the Pacific Gas &Elec=ric Co., under the terms of which the <br />City will convey all underground gas distribution facilities, <br />all underground electric distribution facilities and all street <br />lighting systems to the Pacific Gas & Electric Co., in accord- <br />ance with the provisions of Sections 10109 to 10111, inclusive, <br />of the Streets and Mighways Code of the State of California. Said <br />agreement shall include provision for the deposit of funds with <br />the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. for the construction of certain <br />underground gas distribution facilities, which deposit is refund- <br />able under the rules of the Public Utilities Comissfon over a <br />period of ten (10) years. The terms of the agreement will provide <br />for the refunds generated under said agreement to be paid to the City <br />of Pleasanton by the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. to be credited by the <br />City against the assessments levied upon the properties located <br />within the boundaries of Assessment District No. 63-1. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if any excess shall be realized <br />from the proceeds of assessments levied and bonds issued to represent <br />the same, it shall be applied as a credit to each assessment pursuant <br />to said provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 in propor- <br />tion to the amount of each of said assessments. <br /> <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the.foregoing ~esolution was duly and <br />regularlyadopted by the City Counczl of the C~ty of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> 14th <br /> <br />County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the <br />day of November, 1963, by the following vote, to wit: <br />AYES: Councilmen BUBICS, HARDING.
