A diagram showing the assessment district and the boundaries and dimensions of the subdivisions of land within the district as they existed at the time of the passage of the Resolution of Intention. Each subdivision shall be given a separate number~ upon the diagram; e. A proposed assessment of the total amount of the cost and expenses of the proposed improvement upon the several subdivisions of land in the district in proportion to the estimated benefits to be received by each subdivision, respectively, from the improve- ment. B~ qT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton to enter into an agreement with the Pacific Gas &Elec=ric Co., under the terms of which the City will convey all underground gas distribution facilities, all underground electric distribution facilities and all street lighting systems to the Pacific Gas & Electric Co., in accord- ance with the provisions of Sections 10109 to 10111, inclusive, of the Streets and Mighways Code of the State of California. Said agreement shall include provision for the deposit of funds with the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. for the construction of certain underground gas distribution facilities, which deposit is refund- able under the rules of the Public Utilities Comissfon over a period of ten (10) years. The terms of the agreement will provide for the refunds generated under said agreement to be paid to the City of Pleasanton by the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. to be credited by the City against the assessments levied upon the properties located within the boundaries of Assessment District No. 63-1. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if any excess shall be realized from the proceeds of assessments levied and bonds issued to represent the same, it shall be applied as a credit to each assessment pursuant to said provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 in propor- tion to the amount of each of said assessments.
