<br />Commissioner Blank inquired if staff should be requiring a specific disclosure that <br /> <br /> <br />Ms. Stern replied that staff can consider this for the future PUD. <br /> <br />Commissioner Blank referred to Conditions Nos. 5 and 6 of Exhibit A-1 and noted that <br />he does not remember having the specific condition requiring at least one appliance that <br />meets Energy Star standards.
