City Council of the City of Pleasanton, located in the City Hall, <br />Pleasanton, California, is hereby fixed by this City Council as the <br />time and place for hearing protests with relation to the proposed ac- <br />quisition of improvements described in said report; that any person <br />interested in objecting to said acquisition of improvements, the grades <br />to which the work will be done, or has been done, the extent of the assess- <br />ment district, the assessment, or the Engineer's estimate of the cost and <br />expenses, or any other act or determination of the Engineer of Work or <br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, may file protest in writing <br />with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton at or before the hour fixed <br />herein for hearing thereon; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FUKTHER P~ESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Pleasanton be, and she is hereby, directed to publish a Notice of Im- <br /> provement pursuant to Section 6066 of the Goverr~ent Code of the State <br /> of California, the first of which said notices to be first published <br /> at least twenty (20) days prior to the date herein set for hearing <br /> of protests; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of <br /> Pleasanton be, and she is hereby, further directed to cause Notices of <br /> Improvement to be posted on all of the open streets within the district <br /> described in the Resolution of Intention at not more than three hundred <br /> feet apart on each street so posted, in accordance with the requirements <br /> of Section 10302 and 10303 of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notices of the adoption of the <br /> Resolution of Intention and filing of the Engineer's Report shall be <br /> mailed, postage prepaid, to all persons owning real property proposed <br /> to be assessed whose names and addresses appear upon the last equalized <br /> assessment roll for taxes, or are known to the City Clerk. Said notices <br /> shall contain the matters required in Section 10,307 of the Municipal <br /> Improvement Act of 1913 of the State of California. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE~ that Monday, the 6th day of April, '1964 <br /> at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeting place of <br /> the City Council of the City of Pleasanton: located in the City Hall, <br /> Pleasanton, California, is hereby fixed by this City Council as the time <br /> and place for hearing protests with relation to the proposed acquisitions <br /> described in said report; that any person interested in objecting to <br /> said acquisitions, the grades to which the work will be done, or has been <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
