RESOLUTION AND ORDER PRELIMINARILY ADOPTING ENGINEERS <br />REPORT AND ORDERING THE ACQUISITION OF IMPROVEMENTS, <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 64-1, CITY OF PLEASANTON, COUNTY <br /> OF ALAMEDA~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WI~P~EAS , on the 24th day of February, 1964, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, pur- <br />suant to the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, adopted <br />its Resolution of Intention No.~x~ for the acquisition of improvements <br />in Assessment District No. 64-1, City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, <br />State of California; and <br /> <br /> WF~EREAS, said City Council referred said acquisition of im- <br />provements to MacKAY & SOMPS, Engineer of Work for said assessment district; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said City City Council directed said Engineer of Work to <br />make and file with the City Clerk of said City of Pleasanton a report in <br />writing in accordance with the provisions and requirements of the Muni- <br />cipal Improvement Act of 1913 of the State of California; and <br /> <br /> WHEPdEAS, said MacKAy & SOMPS, Engineer of Work, did, on the <br /> <br />24th day of February, 1964, file with the City Clerk of the City of <br />Pleasanton their report in accordance with said resolution, and said <br />City Clerk has presented said report to this City Council for considera- <br />tion; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton, and this City Council hereby finds: <br /> <br /> A. That the report made and filed by MacKAY & SOMPS on the <br /> <br />24th day of February, 1964, contains all of the requirements provided <br />for said report by the provisions of the Municipal Inlprovement Act of <br />1913, including (1) specifications; (2) plans and profiles and estinuates <br />of cost; (3) assessment diagram and assessment; (4) descriptions of ease- <br />ments or rights-of-way to be acquired, if any. <br /> <br /> B. That said report, and each and every part there0f, is ~uf- <br />ficient in every particular, and it is hereby determined that such report <br />shall stand as the report for all subsequent proceedings under said Muni- <br /> <br />cipal Improvement Act of 1913; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOL~-ED that Monday, <br />at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, <br /> <br />the 6th day of April, 1964 <br />at the meeting place of the <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
