and/or condemnation proceedings, if necessary, compensation for any such <br />additional work shall be a reasonable amount to be approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Pteasanton. <br /> <br /> 4. Preparation of proceedings, notices and other papers shall <br />not include preparation of duplicate copies which might be required for <br />notice to property owners or otherwise, nor shall it include any work <br />in connection with the addressing of envelopes or other clerical work <br />in connection wi~h supplying or mailing notices to property owners. <br /> <br /> 5. Special Bond Counsel shall receive as compensation for the <br />services herein agreed to be provided the sum of $5,082.14. Said com- <br />pensation shall be paid to Special Bond Counsel out of the proceeds <br />of the collection of assessments and the sale of bonds to be issued in <br />said proceedings. <br /> <br /> 6. Ail services provided for herein to be performed by Special <br />Bond Counsel shall be deemed terminated and concluded if, as and when <br />special assessment bonds are issued, and the legal opinion is issued <br />thereon. <br /> <br /> 7.
