Assuming that work can proceed without significant delays beyond the <br /> control of RPI, the administrative draft report is to be completed and submitted to the City by <br /> October 15, 2011. All City staff comments pertaining to the administrative draft report will be <br /> provided to RPI within three weeks. The final draft report will then be completed by RPI and <br /> submitted to the City by December 1, 2011. <br /> Five hard copies and one Word electronic version of both the administrative draft and final <br /> report will be provided by RPI 1.o the City in accordance with the above schedule. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> Based upon the above breakdown of hours estimated for RPI services, the total proposed time to <br /> complete the baseline conditions summery report is 188 hours. At an hourly rate of$175.00 the <br /> estimated cost to prepare the report is $32,900. In addition, standard reimbursable costs such as <br /> printing, mileage, etc. are not to exceed $500.00, thus resulting in a total combined cost to <br /> complete the report of$33,400. Any additional work desired by the City beyond that outlined <br /> above will be compensated on a time and materials basis for work performed, subject to prior <br /> approval by the City and at the above billing rate. <br /> 2 IPage <br />
