RESOLUTION OF PR~!i.~NARIZ DETEP~f£b~.TION TO UNDERTAKE <br />SPECIAL ASSESS~,~NT PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF <br />I~RoROVE~NTS iN ASSESSMENT DiSTRiCT N0. 64-1, CiTY OF <br />PLEASANTON~ COLq~fY OF J~LJJ,~DA~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> County of Alameda, State of California~ as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The petition of EAST P~AY TITLE COMPANY for the acquisition <br />of improvements by special assessment proceedings of the property <br />within the boundaries of the map designated, "Map Showing Boundaries <br />of District Proposed to be Assessed for Construction of Improvements <br />in Assessment District No. 64-1~ Mission Park Assessment District <br />No. 2, C~ty of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California", <br />which said map is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City <br />of Pleasanton, is incorporated herein by this reference as though fully <br />set forth herein. <br /> <br /> 2. The Certificate of MaclLAY & SOMPS, registered civil engineers~ <br />dated February 24, 1964, certifying that the petition hereinabove re- <br />ferred to was signed by the o~ers of 100% of the area of the pro- <br />perry described in said petition, that said property owners have <br />waived all proceedings under the Special Assessment investigation, <br />Limitation and b~jority Protest Act of 1931, and have requested special <br />assessment proceedings for the acquisition of improvements described <br />in said petition, is incorporated herein by this reference as though <br />fully set forth herein. <br /> <br /> 3. It is hereby ordered and determined that the terms and condi- <br />tions of said petition heretofore incorporated herein be, and they <br />are hereby, accepted and the acquisition of improvements shall be made <br />in accordance with the terms of said petition, and that the assess- <br />ment district proceedings shall be instituted and carried through in <br />accordance with the terms of said petition. <br /> <br /> ~. It is hereby found, determined and ordered that the terms and <br />conditions of the petition heretofore incorporated herein be, and they <br />are hereby, accepted and the acquisition of improvements shall be <br />made in accordance with the te~ns of said petition, and that the <br />assessment district proceedings shall be instituted and carried through <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
