<br />RESOLUTION AND ORDER APPROVING ENGINEERS REPORT, ORDERING
<br />THE ACQUISITION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT,
<br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 64-1, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA
<br /> COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, on the 24th day of February, 1964, the City Council
<br />of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, adopted its
<br />Resolution of Intention No. 3492 for the acquisition of improvements
<br />in Assessment District No. 64-1, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County,
<br />California, and referred said acquisitions to MacKAY & SOMPS, Engineer
<br />of Work for said assessment district; and
<br />
<br /> WHE .RgAS, on the 24th day of February, 1964, the said MacKAY
<br />SOMPS filed an Engineer's Report, Assessment and Assessment Diagram,
<br />in accordance with said resolution, and said Report was presented to
<br />the City Council of the City of Pleasanton for consideration; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, on February 24, 1964, the City Council prelim~n~rJly
<br />adopted said Engineer's Report and fixed Monday, the 6th day of
<br />1964, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the meeti
<br />place of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, located
<br />
<br />City Hall, Pleasanton, California, as the time and place for hearing
<br />protests with relation to said proposed improvement acquisition; aha
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution hereinabove mentioned a
<br />Notice of Improvement was duly published giving notice of the time of
<br />hearing on said Report; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, on the 6th day of April, 1964, at the hour of 8:00
<br />o'clock P.M. of said day, said hearing was held and the said hearing
<br />was closed; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the consideration of the Engineer's Report and Assess-
<br />ment was continued to Monday, the 20th day of April, 1964, at the hour
<br />of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day;
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of t~a City
<br />of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that this City Council
<br />by finds, determines and orders as follows:
<br />
<br /> 1. That no one, at or prior to the time fixed for said r-
<br />ing, filed a written protest against said proposed acquisition o~ ~-
<br />provements as a whole, or against said district, or the extent thereof
<br />to be assessed for the costs and expenses of said acquisition of
<br />
