g. Sound designer/operator— SFSF shall provide one person to design all sound aspects of each show, attend all necessary production meetings, and run the sound board for every performance. The City of Pleasanton may elect to provide a staff person to fill this position instead but must inform SFSF of this staffing in writing no later than three months prior to opening night. 9) SFSF will facilitate collaboration with the City of Pleasanton staff by sharing design concepts as they are developed. 10)SFSF will provide build space at its scene shop for all scenic elements. 11)SFSF will coordinate with theater tech staff to deliver all design elements built off-site to the Amador Theater at previously scheduled date and time to coincide with production schedule. 12)SFSF will conduct technical/dress rehearsals at theater, seeing production through opening night. 13)SFSF will conduct strike of all design elements, hauling away any set pieces and costumes used in these productions, coordinating with technical staff of theater. 14)SFSF shall be responsible for several marketing deliverables, including a YouTube promotional video, which shall also be posted on Facebook and Twitter. SFSF shall also provide weekly parent e-newsletters, similar to those provided to SFSF camp families. SFSF shall provide or proof all marketing materials related to this scope of work. H.
