g. Sound designer/operator— SFSF shall provide one person to design all sound <br /> aspects of each show, attend all necessary production meetings, and run the sound <br /> board for every performance. The City of Pleasanton may elect to provide a staff <br /> person to fill this position instead but must inform SFSF of this staffing in writing <br /> no later than three months prior to opening night. <br /> 9) SFSF will facilitate collaboration with the City of Pleasanton staff by sharing design <br /> concepts as they are developed. <br /> 10)SFSF will provide build space at its scene shop for all scenic elements. <br /> 11)SFSF will coordinate with theater tech staff to deliver all design elements built off-site to <br /> the Amador Theater at previously scheduled date and time to coincide with production <br /> schedule. <br /> 12)SFSF will conduct technical/dress rehearsals at theater, seeing production through <br /> opening night. <br /> 13)SFSF will conduct strike of all design elements, hauling away any set pieces and <br /> costumes used in these productions, coordinating with technical staff of theater. <br /> 14)SFSF shall be responsible for several marketing deliverables, including a YouTube <br /> promotional video, which shall also be posted on Facebook and Twitter. SFSF shall also <br /> provide weekly parent e-newsletters, similar to those provided to SFSF camp families. <br /> SFSF shall provide or proof all marketing materials related to this scope of work. <br /> H.
