MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> February 15, 2011 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m., Vice Mayor <br /> Cook-Kallio led the Pledge of Allegiance and gave introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: None <br /> CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br /> The City Attorney met in Closed Session to discuss labor negotiations with PCEA. In light of the <br /> PCEA's request made just prior to the Closed Session that the City resume the meet and confer <br /> process, the Council has directed the City Manager to make contact with PCEA representatives <br /> regarding further discussions and negotiations. <br /> Mayor Hosterman removed Item 9 from the agenda and said the Council hopes to see it a <br /> manner which works for everybody in the next few months. <br /> The meeting recessed at 7:08 p.m. due to technical difficulties with the sound system. The <br /> meeting reconvened at 8:04 p.m. with all members present. <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS - None <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2017 amending Chapter 18.08 <br /> (Definitions) Chapter 18.44.090 (Permitted and Conditional Uses); and Chapter 18.88.030 <br /> (Schedule of Off-Street Parking space Requirements) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> as filed under Case PRZ-56 <br /> Finance <br /> 4. Accepted the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for December 2010 <br />
