furnishings, improvements and appurtenant and related <br />facilities (herein called "Project Phase I"), and the City <br />proposes to lease the site for Project Phase I to the <br />Corporation and to lease back the site and Project Phase I to <br />be constructed thereon; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton does ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. It is hereby found and determined that it is <br /> in the public interest, convenience and welfare and for the <br /> common benefit of the inhabitants of the City that the City <br /> lease the site for Project Phase I to the Corporation and <br /> lease back Project Phase I to be constructed thereon from the <br /> Corporation. <br /> <br /> 2. The act of entering into a lease of Project <br /> Phase I by the City from the Corporation be and it is hereby <br /> approved. The form of proposed facility lease dated as of <br /> September 1, 1982, and entitled "Facility Lease (Project <br /> Phase I)" from the Corporation to the City, submitted to the <br /> City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk and <br /> to which reference is hereby made, and the terms and <br /> conditions thereof, are hereby approved. Upon determination <br /> of the base rental to be paid under Section 3(a) thereof by <br /> subsequent resolution of this City Council, the Mayor of the <br /> City and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to <br /> execute and deliver a lease in substantially said form as <br /> completed to include such subsequently determined base <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
