f. All on-site walkways shall be a minimum of four feet in width clear. <br /> g. All porches, decks, and outdoor patios shall be a minimum of six feet in <br /> width. <br /> h. Prior to installation, the design of the outdoor furniture shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval by the Planning Division. <br /> i. If a portion of the project site shall be used for freeway widening, prior to the <br /> widening, the property owner of the project site shall apply for a PUD <br /> Modification for a modified freeway frontage design. Additional landscape <br /> treatments may be required by the City. <br /> j. Equipment, vehicles, etc. shall not project above the golf cart storage area <br /> wall by the 1-580 freeway. The storage area shall be designed to have a <br /> trellis system above the storage area to help deter storage of tall items. The <br /> trellis system shall not project above the top of the wall surrounding the golf <br /> cart storage area. <br /> k. Emergency standby electricity generators shall: <br /> (i.) Only be tested from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or <br /> from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturday or Sunday. <br /> (ii.) Not be tested for more than one hour during any day. <br /> (iii.) Not be tested on "Spare the Air Days" in Alameda County. <br /> (iv.) Shall be completely screened. <br /> I. The emergency vehicle access between the senior continuing care <br /> community site (PUD-68) and the Hendrick Automotive Group site (PUD-57) <br /> shall be relocated approximately 280 feet north, generally between <br /> buildings A and B on Exhibit B of PUD-57. <br /> m. A current or prospective tenant of the senior continuing care community <br /> may request at any time that the management convert its unit to a disabled- <br /> equipped unit to accommodate his/her physical needs. The management of <br /> the development shall make such modifications, such as grab bars, <br /> elevated toilet facilities, lowered counters, etc., for the resident in a timely <br /> manner and at no cost to the resident. <br /> n. The management of the senior continuing care community shall make <br /> space available in the common areas of the Club House and Health Center <br /> for printed materials/information to be provided to the residents by the City <br /> or other social service agencies.
