Approve the plans and specifications for resurfacing of various city streets, Project No. 985003RS; review the bids received and award the construction contract for the project to McGuire & Hester, Inc. of Oakland for a low bid of$398,615, authorize the City Manager to enter into the above contract and authorize the City Engineer to approve and execute contract change orders for a contingency amount not to exceed $80,000 (20% of construction bid) if necessary for related subject project work. (SR99:239) Mr. Pico had concerns about the materials are used to resurface City streets. Ms. Acosta said the materials are okay and staff is working on a report to Council concerning this issue. j. Accept the public improvements for Cameron Avenue,Project No. 978064C; authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion;authorize final payment to Grade Tech, Inc. of Fremont, in the amount of$63.01; and authorize payment of the retention in the amount of$10,103.97 to Grade Tech, Inc. of Fremont,thirty days after filing the Notice of Completion. Authorize the City Manager to sign the Fifth Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding between Pleasanton, the Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) and Chang Su-o Lin to transfer property for the City's Tassajara Reservoir; and direct staff to work with DSRSD and Lin to prepare and record all necessary documents for creating two independent parcels and appurtenant rights and easements for transferring the property to the City and DSRSD at the Tassajara Reservoir site. PUD-84-05-9M, Greg Munn Application for a minor modification to an approved development plan (Case PUD-84-05) to reduce the required minimum side yard setback from 20 feet to 15 feet and the combined side yard setback from 30 feet to 30 feet for the property located at 3531 Crespi Court.
