Resolution No. 03-063 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 1.28, administrative costs <br /> that remain unpaid after ninety (90) days shall constitute a lien upon the property <br /> to be confirmed by the City Council and then recorded with the Alameda County <br /> Recorder's Office, with interest accruing on the principal amount of the judgment; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on May 20, 2002 to allow the City Council <br /> to consider the report of staff and any protests or objections; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council confirms the imposition of a lien on 4085 Peregrine Way, <br />Pleasanton, California (APN 946-1252-112-00) for administrative costs accrued in <br />a nuisance abatement action in the principal amount of $281.01 with interest <br />accruing until the lien is satisfied. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />Staff is directed to record this lien with the Alameda County Recorder's Office, <br />which shall have the effect and priority of a judgment lien in accordance with the <br />California Code of Civil Procedure. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MAY 20, 2003 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
