11. That red curbs and/or "No Parking" signs as required by State <br /> law to enable enforcement, be installed along both sides of <br /> the on-site access driveway in order to maintain a clear <br /> access at all times. <br /> <br />12. That the patio fence for the one unit in building #2 that <br /> cannot meet the City noise standards be redesigned to include <br /> additional sound insulation in order to attain the City noise <br /> standards. <br /> <br />13. That final recordation of the minor subdivision (MS-85-18) of <br /> the property shall be completed prior to issuance of building <br /> permits. <br /> <br />14. That this case is subject to all Standard Conditions of <br /> Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br /> reference except Conditions 29, 33, 46 and 54. <br /> <br />15. That the final location of the soundwall shall not be <br /> determined until such time as plans for Stoneridge Drive <br /> interchange have been formulated. If the plans for the <br /> on-ramp have not been formulated at the time the applicant is <br /> ready to develop, the applicant agrees to enter into an <br /> agreement with the City concerning the installation of this <br /> wall. <br /> <br />16. That the uses and site development standards for the site <br /> adhere to those standards set for RM-4000 zoning districts <br /> except for the specific patio area development standards to <br /> be determined by staff at the tentative map stage. <br /> <br /> <br />
