The motion also included staffs recommendation for a general contingency plan to allow adjustments by staff on a pro -rata funding basis to reflect changes in the final amount of the City's CDBG and /or General Fund allocations. Significant changes (e.g., more than 25% of the estimated amount) will be brought back to the HSC for further determination.
