Next meeting is scheduled for April 11, 2011. <br /> Youth Master Plan Implementation Committee — Commissioner Lambert provided information <br /> about an essay contest to be held for students at local high schools on Life Skills. Over 800 <br /> essays are expected to be judged and an award will be given. <br /> Valley Mental Health Committee — No report. <br /> Brief reports on any other meetings, conferences, and /or seminars attended by Commission <br /> members — There were none. <br /> COMMISSION COMMENTS <br /> Commissioner Wilson questioned whether it would be feasible to place a walk -in freezer at the <br /> City of Pleasanton's corporation yard so it could be used by various non - profit agencies. Ms. <br /> Yurchak indicated that staff would need to check on this, but felt there would be numerous <br /> constraints. Commissioner Roby also felt that this would be an unsuitable location. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS <br /> There were none. <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> 4.
