EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> 1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br /> the development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br /> Planning Department except that the lot line <br /> between Lots 2 and 3 be moved westerly to the top <br /> of bank and that the lot line between Lots 3 and 4 <br /> be moved easterly of the row of oak trees. A <br /> revised development plan incorporating these <br /> changes shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Department for review and approval prior to <br /> submittal of a tentative map. <br /> <br />2. That the applicant shall follow all recommendations <br /> contained in the Geotechnical Investigation, <br /> Proposed Subdivision 3885 Foothill Road, <br /> Pleasanton, California dated April 25, 1985 by <br /> Alpha Geotechnical Consultants, Inc. <br /> <br /> 3. That the geotechnical report mentioned in condition <br /> 2 above shall be made available to all prospective <br /> buyers of lots within the project. <br /> <br />4. That the gravel driveway shown along the southern <br /> boundary of the subject property shall be removed <br /> prior to construction of additional residences on <br /> the property. <br /> <br />5. That a fencing plan shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Department for approval prior to submittal <br /> of a tentative map on the subject property. <br /> <br />6. That the residences on lots 4 and 5 shall face <br /> Foothill Road rather than to side upon it; shall <br /> have a 25 ft. front yard setback measured from the <br /> 30 ft. reservation line, with no structures or <br /> fences over 30 inches in height to be located in <br /> this 55 ft. area adjacent to Foothill Road. <br /> <br />7. That the street numbers of all residences shall be <br /> posted so as to be seen from adjacent streets at <br /> all times, day and night. <br /> <br />8. That all utilities required to serve the <br /> development shall be installed underground. <br /> <br />9. That the developer acknowledges that the City of <br /> Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability of <br /> <br /> <br />
