The garden will serve as a model for other urban gardens in reducing waste and <br /> composting garden materials. <br /> Grant #: 10 -48, Hayes Valley Farm, Hayes Valley Farm — Education, San Francisco, West County, $3,000.00 - <br /> Funds from this grant will be used to address waste reduction, specifically tailoring 2 hour workshops on composting, <br /> worm bin management, recycling, and zero waste. <br /> Grant #: 10 -64, Northern California Recycling Association, Expanded Funding for Zero Waste Brain Trust <br /> Project, Berkeley, West County, $2,500.00 - Funding from this grant will be used to host a Zero Waste Brain Trust <br /> (ZWBT) session, bringing together 100 different people, many from existing waste industries, to further brainstorm and <br /> problem - solve. Session was held on September 24, 2010. <br />
