• <br /> ALARM Mitigation Projects <br /> Pursuant to the terms of the settlement agreement, the 2010 2010 Funding Allocations <br /> Expenditure Plan set aside $10,000 for mitigation projects for <br /> landowners in the vicinity of the landfill. The Education Total Allocations for 2010 were as follows: <br /> Advisory Board corresponded with ALARM (Altamont Board Communications, website $120.00 <br /> Landowners Against Rural Mismanagement) to notify them of <br /> the available funding. No applications were submitted for Mini - grants $119,010.87 <br /> consideration during the 2010 funding cycle. The Board will Project grants $382,117.42 <br /> continue to communicate with ALARM regarding appropriate Multi -Year Grants $52,500.00 <br /> projects for funding. Board initiated projects $228,133.60 <br /> ALARM mitigation projects $10,000.00 <br /> Fund administration $15,000.00 <br /> Total 2010 Allocations $806,881.89 <br /> Total 2010 Expenditures $806,881.89 <br />
