CONCLUSION
Staff has continuously offered suggestions for the Leroudiers to consider, however, the
Leroudiers are not interested in pursuing any alternatives. The neighbors would be
agreeable to landscaping, so long as it is spaced properly and grows to a height that
prevents a direct line of sight into their windows. Therefore, the installation of trees
along the southern property line that can be topped to no less than 14 -feet, 6- inches in
height would, in staff's opinion, lessen the privacy concerns and still allow the
Leroudiers to receive natural light.
Submitted by:
Brian Dolan
Director of Community Development
Attachments:
1.
