My father had a stroke about a year ago, so that is why I am writing this email for him. He knows these neighbors very well over the past 5 years and they are upstanding citizens of the neighborhood. They are very respectful and caring people and are very good neighbors. We are in favor of them adding a window to their house, as it will add value to the neighborhood. They maintain their landscaping and overall well being of their home in an expert manner and that is an asset to the court.
