This privacy issue is a basic
foundation of any city planning, and it is essential that we have some guidelines like the one provided by other city such as Palo Alin
Opening the window on the southern side of tf wall of 5252 Meadowwood Ct. not only will affect the comfort level of Susanto's
home, but also reduce the desirability of the home. It can, potentially, reduce the resale value of the home. While Leroudier fancily is
enjoying their window, the Susanto's family is getting all the negative impacts. Where is the fairness in this? This highly negative
impact to the adjacent neighbor must be prevented by the city. As a resident of Pleasanton, I, too. do not want the same thing happen
to my residence. Instead, I would like to see that Pleasanton's home value to keep up with the rest of the market, or better. I hope the
Planning Commision will approve the appeal. and in the future will make decision in fair and wisely manner. I would also strongly
recommend the city to establish appropriate guidelines for second story window addition to minimize this type of confusion in the
future.
Sincerely,
Setiadi Widjaja
Click here to report this email as spam.
