LifeSize's Chief Executive Officer, Craig Malloy, is a 15 -year veteran of the video communication <br />business. Malloy's career in video communications began in 1994 as a product manager at VCON in <br />Austin. Malloy left VCON and founded Via <br />Video in 1996 where he created the View <br />Station, a standards - based, all -in -one <br />video appliance. Via Video was acquired <br />by Polycom in 1998, and Malloy's View <br />Station had nearly 80% market share. <br />Malloy headed the video division of <br />Polycom through 2002, starting KMV <br />(later LifeSize) in 2003 <br />To date, LifeSize has shipped over 30,000 <br />endpoints with over 8,000 unique global <br />Customers.
