The standard input it the LifeSize Phone or mic <br />pod; the standard output is either the LifeSize Phone or the monitor speakers. Other audio input <br />and output options are available. At LPDF's request, ExtraTeam will provide a quote for <br />components and installation services related to non - standard audio options. <br />• Physical rooms designated for video system installation have appropriate lighting and furniture <br />configuration. The optirnal lighting for LifeSize systems is 300 to 500 LUX. <br />• Existing LAN and WAN are in good working order; the WAN will provide sufficient bandwidth for <br />high definition calls. <br />• Livermore - Pleasanton Fire Department will work with their WAN provider, if necessary to <br />ensure that the correct Quality of Service (QoS) marking and SLAs are in place to support video <br />calls. <br />• ExtraTeam QoS configurations on LAN and WAN is limited to one router and one switch at each <br />of the 12 locations listed in Section 1(b) for a total of 24 devices. <br />• LifeSize Control Software runs on Windows 2003 Server operating system. Customer must <br />provide server and licensing. <br />• Video Center will be available for "on net" users only (no external access). <br />• Customer is responsible for procuring and installing all external devices connecting to the <br />LifeSize infrastructure quoted in this response, including flat panel monitors, carts, cables, racks, <br />etc. <br />• Livermore - Pleasanton Fire Department will designate a person to whom ExtraTeam can address <br />all communications and who has the authority to act on all aspects of the Services. Such person <br />shall be identified as the Customer Project Manager. <br />• Livermore - Pleasanton Fire Department will designate a backup to the primary Customer Project <br />Manager who has the same authority when the primary Customer Project Manager is not <br />available. <br />• Livermore - Pleasanton Fire Department will provide access to Customer facilities associated with <br />this engagement, including equipment rooms and data centers. For all onsite service <br />engagements, Livermore- Pleasanton Fire Department will provide ExtraTeam with a dedicated <br />and suitable workspace such as a dedicated desk, cubicle, or office. <br />• Livermore - Pleasanton Fire Department will provide ExtraTeam with remote access to networks <br />and systems associated with this project using VPN or other technologies agreed upon by both <br />parties. <br />• Livermore - Pleasanton Fire Department will provide full administrative -level account access <br />privileges when recommended or required by vendor documentation for all devices and <br />domains directly related to the project. Any additional costs incurred by Livermore - Pleasanton <br />Fire Department or ExtraTeam as a result of delays or inability to provide such access will be the <br />sole responsibility of the Livermore - Pleasanton Fire Department. <br />23 <br />
