He then discussed lane reductions, higher volumes on those traveling to and from the <br /> BART station, diversions tak ng alternate routes, and mitigations involving a balancing of <br /> vehicles. He reviewed angled parking and options for removing it, widening the travel lane, or <br /> providing alternate paths for bicyclists. <br /> Mr. Dolan completed his presentation regarding bus facilities, to which he will work on when a <br /> project proposal is received. <br /> Mayor Hosterman recognized the significant communication and agreement on many items <br /> since the workshop. <br /> John Wayland, BRE, thanked the task force and Planning Commission for managing issues, as <br /> well as staff for finding a solution that meets the intentions of the guidelines while also <br /> addressing the needs of BRE and W.P. Carey.
