• Site Visits (7 Total, 42 hours) - Each Site visit shall be performed by a single • <br /> • <br /> engineer and shall be followed by a written report transmitted no later than 48 hours <br /> after the site visit. Report shall include brief overview of what was inspected, current <br /> issues, deviations from plans and specifications observed. All field direction issued <br /> shall also be stated in report. All action items shall be clearly stated. Site reports <br /> shall be issued to contractor and owner. <br /> - 1 - 25% - Structural Review for First wall pour of wet well- (Shoring, Forms, <br /> rebar, concrete, etc.) <br /> - 1 - 50% - Construction Site Review <br /> - 75% - Construction site Review <br /> - 1 - 95% - Construction site Review and Preliminary Punch List <br /> - 1 - 100% - Final Acceptance <br /> - 2 - Site visit to address issues pertaining to RFI, shop drawings, change orders, <br /> etc. <br /> • A total of 80 hours are budgeted for this task. <br /> 8.6 Record Drawings — Consultant shall prepare a set of record drawings and a disk <br /> containing all drawings in AutoCAD format based on markup drawings provided by the <br /> City. All construction information shall be updated and provided to Consultant by the City. <br /> City will provide a single set of comments that utilizes the colors specified in the contract <br /> documents. 80 hours are budgeted for this task. <br /> 8.7 Assistance During Warranty Period — Provide as- needed assistance during the one - <br /> year warranty period after project acceptance. 40 hours are budgeted for this task. <br /> 8.8 Project Management — Provide project management including invoicing, monthly status <br /> summary, team coordination and management of sub consultants. The budget is based on <br /> a construction period of 12 months. <br /> 8.9 Geotechnical Services -- Enlist the services of GeoEngineers to perform periodic site <br /> observations of the main excavation to verify conformance of exposed surface conditions <br /> with the findings of the report and issue a report of their findings. (Assumes a total of two <br /> 8 hour site visits (including travel time & report)). Perform periodic review of specialty <br /> testing reports to verify conformance with the soils report (estimated 32 hours total).
