Resolution No. 03-026 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Authorizes James W. Wolfe, Director of Parks and Community Services, to <br />execute and file appropriate claims pursuant to the terms of the Transportation <br />Development Act and Alameda County Measure B, as amended, and pursuant to <br />applicable rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, together with all <br />necessary supporting documents, with the MTC, ACTIA and the Alameda County <br />Board of Supervisors for an allocation of TDA and Measure B funds for Fiscal <br />Year 2003/04. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />A copy of this Resolution will be transmitted to the MTC, ACTIA, and the <br />Alameda County Board of Supervisors in conjunction with the filing of claims, <br />and the MTC and ACTIA will be requested to grant the allocations of funds as <br />specified herein. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON APRIL 15, 2003 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, and Hosterman <br />None <br />Councilmember Campbell and Mayor Pico <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: ~ <br /> <br />eegg~y If,. l~z~o,~City (~er~ <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
