CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 03-018 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT WITH HANSON <br />AGGREGATES MID-PACIFIC, INC. RELATED TO THE ARROYO <br />MOCHO BRIDGE AND REALIGNMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 1, 2003, the City Council received the staff report (SR <br /> 03:078) regarding the Agreement with Hanson Aggregates Mid-Pacific, Inc. <br /> related to the Arroyo Mocho Bridge and Realignment Project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement with Hanson Aggregates Mid-Pacific, Inc. <br /> related to the Arroyo Mocho Bridge and realigment project and authorizes the City <br /> Manager to execute said agreement. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEETING <br />HELD ON APRIL 1, 2003, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br />None <br />Councilmember Campbell <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Peggy f~. ~zf/dr~, Cit~Cierk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
