Parking shall be located behind buildings, below grade or, where those <br /> options are not feasible, screened by low walls and landscaping. <br /> B7.2. When fronting on public streets, internal streets, public walks /paseos or <br /> common open spaces, structured parking shall be wrapped or fronted with <br /> habitable uses. <br /> B7.3. Parking that is semi - depressed shall be screened with architectural elements <br /> that enhance the streetscape such as stoops, balcony overhangs, or <br /> decorative screening. <br /> Design Guidelines <br /> B7.a. For buildings with parking accessed from the front, minimize the amount of <br /> frontage used for parking access. No more than 25 of the site frontage <br /> facing a street, internal street, or pedestrian walk /paseo should be devoted <br /> to garage opening, carports, or open /surface parking. <br /> B7.b.
