Pleasanton TOD Standards and Design Guidelines <br /> PART 2 <br /> PUD Regulations <br /> A. CORE PUD REGULATIONS* <br /> These are mandatory requirements which apply to residential and mixed use <br /> development of sites 1,2 and 3. <br /> Density: Minimum of 30 Units per Acre ** <br /> * *Note: The City interprets the minimum to be an average minimum density to be <br /> met over each individual parcel. <br /> Affordability: The greater of (a) 15% of all units, or (b) 130 units, will be made <br /> available exclusively to very -low income (50% of AMI) households. Though the <br /> affordable housing agreements entered into between the City and each developer, <br /> these affordable units will be deed - restricted in perpetuity. The affordable housing <br /> agreements will be recorded and will run with the land. <br /> Section 8 Rental Assistance Vouchers: Through the affordable housing <br /> agreements entered into between the City and each developer, the developments <br /> will be required to accept HUD Section 8 Rental Vouchers as a means of assisting <br /> qualified applicants. <br /> Bedroom Mix of Affordable Units: A minimum of 10% of the total affordable <br /> units will be three - bedroom units; a minimum of 35% of the total affordable units <br /> will be two- bedroom units; and the remaining affordable units will be one bedroom <br /> units. <br /> Location of Affordable Units: Affordable units will be dispersed throughout the <br /> development. <br /> *Note: Core PUD Regulations are from the Term Sheet of final settlement <br /> agreement issued July 20, 2010. <br /> City of Pleasanton - 11 - DRAFT #7 2/11/11 <br />
