Resolution No. PC-2002-77 <br />Page 6 <br />water main west of its project entrance against its Vineyard Avenue <br />Corridor Specific Plan fees, less any reimbursement from the City, to be <br />determined by the City Engineer, for oversizing the water main. <br />(b) A roadway overlay on the portion of old Vineyard Avenue east of their <br />project entrance shall be completed across the entire width of the roadway. <br />The final design and detail of the overlay shall be submitted for the review <br />and approval of the City Engineer. The developer shall be eligible to <br />receive credit against their specific plan fees fora 12 ft. wide portion of the <br />overlay if it is determined that the final surface can be satisfactorily used for <br />the final trail surface planned for this portion of the roadway. <br />
