Resolution No. PC-2002-66 <br />Page 7 <br />23. The applicant is responsible for implementing the following measures during <br />all construction phases of the project: <br />a. Gather all construction debris on a regular basis and place it in a dumpster <br />or other container which is emptied or removed on a weekly basis. When <br />appropriate, use tarps on the ground to collect fallen debris or splatters that <br />could contribute to storm water runoff pollution. <br />b. Remove all dirt, gravel, rubbish, refuse, and green waste from the street <br />pavement and storm drains adjoining the site. Limit construction access <br />routes onto the site and place gravel on them. Do not drive vehicles and <br />equipment offpaved or graveled areas during wet weather. Broom sweep the <br />street pavement adjoining the project site on a daily basis. Scrape caked-on <br />mud and dirt from these azeas before sweeping. <br />c. Install filter materials (such as sandbags, filter fabric, etc.) at the storm <br />drain inlet neazest the downstream side of the project site in order to retain any <br />debris or dirt flowing in the storm drain system. Maintain and/or replace filter <br />materials to ensure effectiveness and to prevent street flooding. <br />d. Never clean machinery, equipment, tools, brushes, or rinse containers into <br />a street, gutter, or stone drain. <br />e. Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plaster operations do <br />not dischazge wash water into street, gutters, or stone drains. <br />24. Upon occupancy, the new units shall be rented as if they had transferred and <br />the rent shall be in compliance with the Rental Stabilization Agreement. The <br />cost for the proposed addition shall not be passed on the residents unless it is <br />approved by the majority of the residents. <br />25. The applicant shall arrange and pay for up to four off-site RV pazking spaces <br />if the seven on-site RV pazking spaces aze in use and if requested by HMHP <br />residents, until such a time that a total of 11 RV pazking spaces is available on <br />the subject site. <br />26. The applicant shall not rent the temporary live-in RV spaces that are under the <br />power line for that purpose when the residents of these units move out if any <br />of the mobile home park residents' RVs are being stored off-site at that time. <br />If all mobile home pazk residents who have requested RV storage spaces can <br />park their RVs on-site in one of the seven designated spaces, then the <br />applicant may rent the RV spaces for live-in purpose. <br />
