Resolution No. PC-2002-66 <br />Page 3 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed development would <br />be consistent with the operation of the mobile home pazk as it was originally <br />approved in 1970 and that the proposed new homes would provide additional <br />housing to seniors at an affordable rate. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PDR-183/PCUP-47/PV-64, the application of the Waterhouse <br />Management Corporation for: (1) conditional use permit and design review <br />approvals to allow the addition of three mobile home spaces and relocation of <br />the existing RV storage area and cazwash shed; and (2) a variance from the <br />Municipal Code to reduce the reaz yard setback for the proposed three mobile <br />homes from the required thirty feet to three feet located at 3231 Vineyard <br />Avenue (Hacienda Mobile Home Pazk); subject to the conditions shown in <br />Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
