Resolution No. PC-2002-61 <br />Page 4 <br />that the metal on the flagpole and/or flag shall be insulated such that the metal will not <br />make noise when the wind blows the flag against the flagpole. <br />10. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. <br />to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. No construction shall be allowed on Federal <br />Holidays. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be <br />equipped with muffling devices. <br />11. All appropriate City permits, including a building permit, shall be obtained prior to the <br />construction of the flagpole. <br />12. Design review approval shall lapse and shall be void one year following the effective date <br />on which the drawings were approved, unless prior to the expiration of one year, a <br />building permit is issued, and construction is commenced and diligently pursued toward <br />completion, or the applicant or the applicant's successor has filed a request for approval of <br />extension with the Zoning Administrator. <br />{end} <br />
